Licensed Sales Professional (LSP) – Remote – OH

We are representing a confidential insurance agency seeking a Licensed Sales Professional to join their remote team in Ohio. Our client operates as an independent agency partner with a nationally recognized insurance brand, offering comprehensive property, casualty, life, and health insurance products to individuals and families across the state.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Cross-sell insurance products to existing customers based on their evolving needs
• Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources including referrals, marketing campaigns, and community engagement
• Educate prospective clients on insurance products including auto, home, life, and health coverage
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them prepare for unexpected life events
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process and beyond
• Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently with prospects and clients

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in building a career in sales, particularly in the insurance sector
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated follow-through and accountability
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (our client will support your licensing process)
• Prior sales experience is advantageous but not required
• Must be located in Ohio and eligible to work in the United States
