About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential Fortune 500 technology client seeking a Legal Consultant for commercial contracts support in Singapore. This is a long-term engagement within the APAC region, offering the opportunity to work with a leading global organization on sophisticated commercial matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to business teams with practical, business-oriented solutions
- Support cross-functional projects including product launches, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives
- Ensure contract terms align with internal policies and risk appetite
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 3–6 years post-qualification experience from in-house legal departments or law firms
- Strong commercial contracts experience with proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to provide practical legal solutions in a fast-paced technology environment
