About the Role
Jobot is proud to partner with a top-tier Dallas law firm that is expanding its intellectual property team. This is a full-time position based in Dallas, Texas, offering the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment focused on IP and patent prosecution work.
What You'll Do
- Support attorneys with intellectual property and patent prosecution matters
- Assist with preparation and filing of patent applications and related documents
- Manage client communications and correspondence related to IP cases
- Maintain organized files and documentation for ongoing IP matters
- Coordinate with clients, USPTO, and opposing counsel as needed
- Support the growing IP team with administrative and legal tasks
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Experience supporting legal professionals, preferably in intellectual property or patent law
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with legal research tools and legal office software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client service
