Family Law Attorney-Remote/Hybrid Options

Jobot is hiring a full-time Family Law Attorney for a remote/hybrid position based in Kirkland, King County. This is an excellent opportunity to build a meaningful practice while serving diverse clients throughout the region.

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to provide comprehensive legal representation and counsel to clients navigating family law matters. You'll manage a dynamic caseload while maintaining the flexibility of remote and hybrid work arrangements. This role offers the autonomy to develop client relationships and tackle complex family law issues across multiple practice areas.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, spousal support, and related proceedings
• Draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings tailored to each client's unique situation
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to build strong client positions
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions on behalf of clients
• Prepare cases for trial and provide courtroom representation as needed
• Maintain detailed case documentation and manage client communication throughout proceedings
• Provide strategic legal counseling to help clients understand their options and rights

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission and good standing in Washington or ability to establish it
• Demonstrated experience practicing family law
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities independently
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems
