As a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney at our firm, you'll work on behalf of individuals seeking justice and compensation for injuries sustained through negligence, accidents, and other torts. What You'll Do
- Evaluate potential cases and advise clients on the merits and strategy of their claims
- Conduct thorough legal research and investigation to build strong cases
- Prepare necessary documents, pleadings, and motions for litigation
- Conduct and defend depositions and manage discovery processes
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
- Represent clients in settlement conferences and, when necessary, at trial
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments and strategy
- Stay current with changes in personal injury law and procedural updates
What We're Looking For
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the New Jersey bar
