What You'll Do
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters across various practice areas
- Conduct legal research, develop case strategy, and analyze litigation challenges
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documentation
- Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial proceedings
- Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
- Maintain client communication regarding case developments and strategy
- Manage discovery deadlines, court requirements, and case timelines
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to build effective litigation strategies
What We're Looking For
- Active New Jersey bar license
