You'll supervise key carrier team members, ensuring smooth merchandise flow, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention across your assigned area. What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and mentor key carriers and store associates in daily operations and company standards
• Oversee merchandise receiving, stocking, and inventory management to maintain store organization and product availability
• Monitor and enforce security and loss prevention protocols to protect company assets
• Coordinate with store management to prioritize tasks and respond to operational needs
• Support customer service excellence by ensuring sales floor standards and associate engagement
