JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER*IN (m/w/d) FESTIVAL & EVENTS

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading German media and events organization in Hamburg that produces one of Europe's premier digital marketing festivals. Our talent team is searching for a Junior Product Manager to join their 50-person Festival & Events division, helping to scale innovative event products that bring together thousands of industry professionals annually.

This role offers two specialization tracks: you'll focus either on expo hall and sampling activations, or on masterclass and guided tour programming. Either way, you'll work at the intersection of product development, partner relations, and event operations in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the organization, communication, analysis, and product development of assigned event formats alongside your colleagues
• For the Expo track: manage premium expo stands, hall layouts, and sampling activations; coordinate with exhibitors, event agencies, and technical vendors
• For the Masterclass track: oversee masterclass and guided tour products end-to-end, from partner consultation through speaker management on-site
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, editorial, and technology teams to align stakeholder needs
• Balance the interests of clients, attendees, and internal teams to deliver exceptional festival experiences
• Drive continuous improvement of event products through post-event analysis and innovation

Location & Work Arrangement

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process with our recruiting team and are competitive for the Hamburg market at the junior product management level.
