Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential consulting firm specializing in financial services transformation. In this role, you will:
- Advise clients on business and process-related challenges within banking and insurance environments
- Analyze requirements and develop target operating models and solution concepts
- Optimize and automate business processes across financial services operations
- Take ownership of work packages and project deliverables
- Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and stakeholders
- Support solutions end-to-end, from ideation through implementation
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
- Proven methodology expertise in process and project management
- Background in banking or insurance, ideally with solid domain knowledge in banking operations
- Ability to bridge business processes with technical solutions
- Strong analytical skills for structuring complex topics and developing fit-for-purpose solutions
- Confident presence and enjoyment of client-facing and stakeholder collaboration
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- Completed degree in Business, Business Informatics, or banking/insurance professional qualification with additional certifications
