Agentic AI Copilot (Studio) / Power-Platform Expert (w/m/x)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking an expert in agentic AI and low-code platforms. In this role, you will:

• Define and deliver agentic AI-powered modern workplace solutions using copilot studio agents, grounding data sources, actions, and connectors for real business scenarios
• Consult on, configure, and extend copilot scenarios within enterprise cloud ecosystems
• Advise on data governance, compliance, and security frameworks and technical prerequisites for productive deployment of AI copilot technologies
• Develop and configure low-code platform solutions and support preparatory governance measures
• Automate business processes and customer requirements in complex enterprise environments using agentic AI, low-code, pro-code, and visual development approaches with high automation levels

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Completed IT vocational training or comparable university degree with professional experience in IT
• Hands-on experience with copilot studio platforms and low-code application development tools including workflow automation, app builders, and data platforms
• Experience with M365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business)
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API, connectors, and M365 admin portals; familiarity with DLP and compliance frameworks is a plus
• Technical and consulting aptitude combined with strong business understanding; ability to define value cases and derive risk assessments and KPIs for agentic AI solutions
• Hands-on mentality with enthusiasm for building, configuring, and operating agents, flows, and apps in diverse team settings
• Interest in tackling new challenges around agentic AI and low-code platforms in varied client situations
• Passion for continuous development of service offerings
• Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
