ERP Solution Architect (f/m/x) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM

About This Role

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking an ERP Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. Based in Frankfurt am Main, you'll work with interdisciplinary project teams to deliver successful ERP implementations across diverse industries and client environments.

In this role, you'll collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to define end-to-end processes and deliver services based on deep technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll stay current through continuous learning, implement new projects, and work in an international environment with extensive development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM tailored to global business requirements
• Translate client needs into actionable, impactful Dynamics 365 ERP solutions
• Analyze complex interface requirements and apply modern architecture concepts
• Create solution design documents for business-critical processes
• Define and monitor project milestones to ensure smooth team coordination
• Establish metrics to evaluate ERP system performance and project success throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as a central point of contact supporting project teams with cross-functional requirements
• Guide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM to meet highest quality standards
• Prepare and accompany clients through ERP solution rollouts
• Actively maintain client relationships and provide strategic advisory services
• Collaborate closely in agile project teams and facilitate continuous knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in consulting, design, and integration of ERP systems with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
• Strong process knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Production, Retail, and/or Project modules
• Demonstrated ability to shape sales strategies in ERP projects and define/measure success metrics for ERP systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to present complex topics clearly and work effectively in agile teams
• Self-motivated with analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and service orientation
• Enthusiasm for new challenges and willingness to travel based on project needs
• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related field
