Working Student (m/f/x) – Support Functions

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization based in Köln that is seeking a Working Student to support cross-functional operations. In this role, you will:

• Provide administrative and operational support across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams
• Assist with coordination and maintenance of documentation, records, and internal systems
• Support day-to-day business processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate meetings, manage stakeholder communication, and follow up on action items
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials
• Track deadlines and support ongoing projects and initiatives across different functions
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, collaboration, and operational efficiency
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and gain exposure to a variety of business topics and projects

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented student who can balance academic commitments with meaningful professional contribution. The ideal candidate will have:

• Current enrollment at a university, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Law, or a related field
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to learn
