Praktikant*In (M/W/D) E-Mail Marketing, Crm & Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization in Hamburg seeking an intern to join their E-Mail Marketing, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams for a minimum 5-month placement. In this role, you will:

• Plan, write, and deploy newsletters for new and existing customers using the organization's E-Mail/CRM platform
• Support the Performance Marketing team in creating, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels
• Contribute to cross-functional projects, assisting both teams where the most exciting challenges arise
• Maintain and review regular reporting and analytics to derive data-driven recommendations and actions
• Work flexibly across creative tasks (copywriting, image selection) and analytical work (performance KPIs, metrics analysis)

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a comparable field—or recently completed your studies or vocational training
• Genuine interest in online marketing; ideally with some initial experience in E-Mail Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, or related marketing disciplines
• Enthusiasm for both creative work (writing, visual content) and analytical thinking (numbers, performance KPIs)
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly and adapting to different systems without hesitation
• Confident working with Excel and PowerPoint
• Collaborative mindset—you enjoy solving challenges as part of a team and exchanging ideas on current topics
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is ready to roll up your sleeves
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role

Pay
