PRODUCT MANAGER*IN (m/w/d) FESTIVAL & EVENTS

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization based in Hamburg. Our talent team is seeking a Product Manager to join their Festival & Events division.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the organization, internal and external communication, analysis, and product development of major event products
• Planning and organizing exhibition halls, booth layouts, and sampling activations—collaborating closely with exhibitors, event agencies, and trade contractors
• Alternatively, planning and managing masterclass sessions and guided tour products end-to-end, including partner consultation, cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, editorial and technical teams, plus on-site speaker support
• Balancing diverse stakeholder interests to deliver exceptional experiences for customers, visitors, and colleagues
• Driving product development and continuous improvement of event offerings

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in event, trade show, or project management
• Confident, respectful, and collaborative communication style with partners and clients
• Strong service orientation toward customers
• Ability to maintain composure and oversight during high-pressure periods
• Highly structured, solution-focused working style with strong personal initiative
• Proficiency with digital tools and project management platforms
• Excellent written and verbal skills in German; good command of English
