About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization in Stuttgart that is seeking an RF Development Engineer. Our client operates at the intersection of digital transformation and secure communications systems, working on innovative projects in safety-critical domains. This is a hybrid role offering the chance to work on cutting-edge RF and analog electronics development.

Responsibilities

• Design, commission, and verify RF and analog electronics modules, particularly receiver and transmitter chains in the small-signal domain for radio communication devices
• Develop circuit designs for high-frequency applications
• Research and evaluate components for RF systems
• Optimize and approve PCB layouts in collaboration with design teams
• Commission and test prototypes
• Conduct RF-relevant testing and analyze test results during device integration
• Document and present technical results to project stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology with deep knowledge in high-frequency engineering
• Proven experience developing small-signal paths for RF applications
• Hands-on experience with AWR Microwave Office, CST Microwave Studio, CR-8000, and LT-Spice
• Experience with MATLAB and Python is advantageous
• Strong ability to process and present technical results clearly
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Very good spoken and written German is required for effective communication with German-speaking clients and project teams
