About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a well-funded Berlin-based technology startup in the data infrastructure space. This is an early-stage company backed by prominent Silicon Valley and European investors, offering a genuine ground-floor opportunity to shape product direction and engineering culture.
As one of the first full stack engineers on the team, you'll work directly with the CTO to build web applications that developers worldwide will depend on. This role offers real ownership, significant equity, and the chance to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement web applications from front-end to back-end
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and founding engineering team
- Build scalable, production-grade features for a developer-facing product
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
- Work across the stack to deliver end-to-end functionality
What We're Looking For
- Strong fluency in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js and React
- Experience with public or private cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub Actions
- Background working in fast-growing environments or early-stage startups
- Python and Golang experience is a plus
- Located in or willing to relocate to Berlin
