About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital technology organization in Berlin that is seeking a Working Student for Founder's Associate duties focused on internal projects and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership on company-building initiatives that go beyond typical client work.

Our client operates at the intersection of digital product development and scalable platforms, with a global team working on both client engagements and proprietary ventures. This role offers rare access to strategic decision-making and organizational development typically reserved for senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Support internal strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals through process improvement, tool implementation, and structural development
• Take ownership of independent sub-projects focused on process optimization, automation, and internal reporting systems
• Drive AI-assisted process optimization by identifying opportunities, testing AI tools, and supporting their implementation across the organization
• Conduct proactive improvement initiatives and AI/tool scouting—track emerging AI technologies, evaluate their potential, and recommend implementations for internal use
• Participate in rapid prototyping and R&D activities, developing internal prototypes, evaluating tools and concepts, and validating new ideas to advance organizational capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable program with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong problem-solving capabilities—you're an analytical thinker who finds pragmatic solutions even in complex situations
• Appetite for innovation and creativity with the ability to develop original ideas and transform them into concrete results independently
• Technical interest and basic understanding of digital tools and processes; coding knowledge is a plus but not required—learning readiness is more important
• Excellent German and English language skills with confident communication abilities in both
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility—you navigate uncertainty well and manage your projects autonomously
• Forward-thinking approach—you question processes, actively seek improvement opportunities, and contribute fresh ideas
• Interest in organizational structures rather than just client projects—you want to understand how companies function and grow from the inside
