Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tech agency in Berlin that builds digital products, platforms, and ventures for mid-market and enterprise clients. As a working student in product management, you will join their internal innovation team and contribute to multiple concurrent projects with real impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting digital solutions from initial concept to market readiness, collaborating closely with design, development, and management teams as well as clients
• Taking ownership of smaller sub-projects and contributing to internal ventures with significant external visibility
• Assisting with ideation, identifying optimization opportunities, and proactively proposing improvements
• Scouting and testing new AI tools and technologies, supporting their integration into projects and processes
• Participating in rapid prototyping and R&D cycles, validating ideas early and responding quickly to feedback
• Collaborating with international team members across different time zones

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in business, computer science, or a comparable degree program
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking – you find solutions rather than just identifying problems
• Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a hunger for learning new things
• Creativity and ownership mentality – you develop original ideas and turn them into concrete results
• Very good German and English language skills for confident communication in both languages
• Self-initiative and responsibility – you manage uncertainty well and keep your projects on track independently
• Forward-thinking approach – you question processes, actively seek improvements, and bring new ideas to the team
• Ability to understand both customer needs and internal business goals
• Comfortable working at high velocity and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Technical interest and basic understanding of agile methods (coding knowledge is a plus but not required)
• Prior experience in product management, startup environments, or development is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €22 - €25 per hour. This is a part-time working student position based in Berlin with hybrid work options available.
