Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential organization in Munich seeking an interim IT Team Leader. In this role, you will manage, prioritize, and distribute IT tickets while coordinating their resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
You will coordinate IT support staff across multiple locations, monitor progress on open issues, and ensure reliable IT service delivery. Hands-on support work is expected, including PC and laptop setup and installation, hardware deployment, troubleshooting, fault resolution, and network patching.
The position includes on-site IT project support, coordinating technical tasks and assisting with the implementation and optimization of IT solutions and infrastructure. You will also manage IT hardware and material inventory, prepare regular reports for leadership, and maintain structured documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Computer Science or vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Technician, or comparable IT qualification
- Professional experience leading, coordinating, and managing IT teams as well as practical IT support work
- Strong knowledge of IT ticket management, incident management, hardware support, PC and laptop administration, network support, troubleshooting, and service level management
- Ability to make transparent decisions under time pressure, handle escalations in a solution-oriented manner, and work independently with structure and accountability
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
