Position Summary

As Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage reservations and check-in processes, and serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality in a dynamic, oceanfront setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor front desk staff, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee guest check-in, check-out, and reservation management to ensure smooth operations
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and care
• Monitor front office systems, reports, and administrative documentation
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support property operations
• Maintain service standards aligned with Relais & Châteaux principles of excellence
• Handle cash, payment processing, and financial reconciliation as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality or a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to train and motivate staff
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and relevant software
• Knowledge of front office operations, reservations, and guest services
• Problem-solving ability and composure under pressure
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to high service standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require
