About the Role

As Assistant Spa Manager at The Wickaninnish Inn, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our luxury spa facility. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside our Spa Manager in a dynamic, high-service environment where attention to detail and guest satisfaction are paramount. You'll support all aspects of spa operations, from guest interactions to staff coordination, helping maintain the standards that define Relais & Châteaux properties.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with daily spa operations, scheduling, and guest bookings
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle inquiries or special requests
• Support staff training and development to ensure consistent service excellence
• Maintain spa facilities, equipment, and treatment rooms to the highest cleanliness and safety standards
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Support the Spa Manager in implementing operational procedures and policies

What We're Looking For

• Experience in spa, hospitality, or luxury service operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and guest preferences is an advantage
