Position Summary

REXEL is seeking a motivated part-time intern to contribute to our supply chain operations team in Fort Collins. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to support various aspects of supply chain management, from inventory coordination to vendor management. This internship offers direct exposure to real-world logistics challenges and the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to meaningful projects that impact our business operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management processes, including tracking, organizing, and reporting on stock levels
• Support procurement activities by helping coordinate with vendors and documenting purchase orders
• Perform data entry and maintain supply chain records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Help coordinate logistics operations and assist with shipment tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, purchasing, and warehouse staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a business, supply chain, logistics, or related field of study
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort learning new software systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work part-time hours that align with classroom schedule
