REXEL

REXEL is seeking a Manager of Region Health & Safety to lead our safety initiatives across the Pacific Northwest region, serving Any Major city and surrounding areas. This is a full-time remote position offering the opportunity to drive meaningful change in workplace safety while supporting our growing operations across California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah.

The Opportunity

As Manager of Region Health & Safety, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs that protect our employees and support REXEL's commitment to operational excellence. You'll partner with regional leadership to embed safety into every aspect of our work, from frontline operations to management decision-making. This role offers visibility across multiple locations and the chance to make a direct impact on employee wellbeing and regulatory compliance throughout the region.

Core Duties

  • Develop and oversee regional health and safety policies, programs, and procedures aligned with company standards and applicable regulations
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and assessments at facility and jobsite locations throughout the region
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, document findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Lead safety training, orientations, and awareness campaigns to build a strong safety culture
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure regional operations maintain full compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety requirements
  • Collaborate with operations, facilities, and human resources teams to address safety concerns and opportunities
  • Maintain detailed safety records, metrics, and reporting for internal and regulatory stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in health and safety management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and best practices
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate safety programs effectively to diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience investigating incidents and identifying root causes
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams and leadership
  • Relevant degree or certification (ASP, CSP, or equivalent safety certification preferred)
  • Comfortable traveling within the region as needed
