What This Role Involves
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the voice of REXEL for our customers, managing inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out to generate new business opportunities. You'll develop strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and sustainable growth for both customers and the business.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails, responding promptly to all inquiries and requests
- Conduct outbound sales calls to qualify leads and develop new business opportunities
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to move deals through the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and loyalty
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; sales training or certification is a plus
