Position Summary

This full-time Counter Sales Representative role is central to our Phoenix branch's success. You'll be the face of REXEL to our customers, working from our physical location to deliver knowledgeable service, process orders efficiently, and build lasting business relationships. Your expertise in our product lines and commitment to customer service will directly impact our branch's performance and your earning potential through commissions and incentives.

Core Duties

• Greet customers at the counter and provide personalized product recommendations based on their project requirements and specifications
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across inventory categories to answer technical questions and solve customer challenges
• Process sales orders accurately, manage pricing, verify stock availability, and arrange delivery or pickup
• Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and identify upsell opportunities
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocking and organization, and flag reorder needs to management
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a professional, welcoming branch environment
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
