Warehouse Lead

REXEL is looking for a full-time Warehouse Lead in Glenwood Springs, CO, US to oversee our local distribution center and lead a dedicated warehouse team. If you have hands-on experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management, we'd like to hear from you.

The Opportunity

Join REXEL's supply chain team as Warehouse Lead and take charge of daily operations at our Glenwood Springs facility. You'll lead warehouse professionals, manage inventory systems, coordinate order fulfillment, and ensure our facility operates safely and efficiently to serve customers throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, setting performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching and development
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure system integrity
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all warehouse personnel follow best practices and compliance standards
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize warehouse workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Manage warehouse equipment, coordinate maintenance, and address operational challenges proactively
• Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to senior management

What You Bring

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, logistics processes, and order fulfillment
• Commitment to workplace safety and familiarity with OSHA regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse management certification a plus
