What This Role Involves

As a Warehouse Associate at our Albuquerque facility, you'll support the flow of products through our supply chain. This role combines physical warehouse operations with attention to detail and teamwork to ensure accurate inventory, efficient order fulfillment, and safe working conditions for your team.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using standard warehouse equipment and procedures
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers and job sites across the region
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Organize and store products following company layout standards and OSHA safety guidelines
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (certification may be provided)
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and facility goals
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors

Who We're Looking For

• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work standing for extended periods
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled hours consistently
• Strong attention to detail in counting, measuring, and recording inventory
• Comfort working in a team-oriented environment with other warehouse staff
• Basic math skills for order verification and inventory counts
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus, but not required for candidates with strong work ethic and reliability
