What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring seamless check-ins and a calm, refined spa atmosphere
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Support spa therapists and practitioners during treatments, assisting as needed to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Manage guest amenities, including towels, robes, linens, and wellness products, ensuring premium presentation at all times
• Process bookings and answer inquiries about treatments and spa facilities with knowledge and courtesy
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion, upholding the sanctuary atmosphere our guests expect
• Support inventory management and communicate stock needs to supervisors

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction in a luxury environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to put guests at ease
• Attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness and organisation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing guest needs
• Physical capability to perform duties that may involve standing, lifting, and moving equipment
• Previous spa or hospitality experience is an asset but not essential for motivated candidates
