Employer Branding Coordinator

STOW Group is hiring an Employer Branding Coordinator for our Adairsville, GA office. This is a full-time role where you'll shape how our company attracts and engages top talent through strategic branding and innovative recruitment marketing.

What This Role Involves

As an Employer Branding Coordinator at STOW Group, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing the employer brand strategy that makes STOW Group a destination for talented professionals. Working closely with our HR and recruitment teams, you'll create compelling narratives about our company culture, values, and career opportunities. Your work will directly influence how candidates perceive STOW Group and their decision to apply for positions with us.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute employer branding campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Develop original content for careers pages, social media, and recruitment materials
• Coordinate recruitment marketing initiatives, including job posting optimization and recruitment event promotion
• Manage STOW Group's careers social media presence and online employer brand visibility
• Create and curate employee stories, testimonials, and case studies that showcase our culture
• Collaborate with hiring managers to articulate unique value propositions for specific roles
• Monitor employer brand performance metrics and adjust strategy based on candidate feedback
• Support careers website updates and ensure consistent, engaging messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to create compelling content and visual storytelling
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and careers websites preferred
• Strategic thinking and ability to align branding with business objectives
