As a regional over-the-road driver based out of Springfield, Greene County, you'll cover solid miles, enjoy a predictable home-time rhythm, and receive hands-on training — no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional OTR routes
• Transport freight on time while following all DOT and safety regulations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers throughout each haul
• Build the experience and habits that lead to a steady trucking career

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (recent graduates welcome)
• No previous over-the-road experience necessary — paid training is provided
• Willingness to run regional OTR with home time approximately every other week
• Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to professional driving standards

Compensation

This full-time role offers weekly pay of $1,200, giving new drivers a dependable income from day one. Regional OTR scheduling means good miles paired with regular time back home.
