About the Role

If you've just earned your Class A CDL and you're eager to put it to work, this over-the-road driving position is built for you. As a Recent Graduate Over-The-Road Truck Driver based in Savannah, Chatham County, you'll log long-distance miles, transport freight safely across regions, and gain the real-world experience that turns a fresh license into a lasting profession. No prior driving experience is required — we welcome drivers who are starting from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on over-the-road, long-distance routes
• Transport and deliver freight safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all regulations
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate driving logs and adhere to hours-of-service rules
• Communicate clearly with dispatch throughout each haul

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) — recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• No previous over-the-road experience necessary; this is an entry point for new drivers
• Willingness to travel long distances, with home time approximately every two weeks
• Commitment to safety and dependable, on-time delivery

What We Offer

• $1,200 in weekly pay
• A $100 sign-on bonus for candidates hired by 6/27
• Scheduled home time roughly every two weeks
