About the Role
As a Distribution Trainer-Project Supervisor, you will sit at the intersection of training delivery and project leadership within the Distribution Program Management Office (PMO). The position centers on equipping personnel to confidently operate Government-Furnished transactional data platforms — including the Warehouse Management System (WMS) — while supervising the activities carried out under the Distribution Expeditionary Capabilities (DECAP) contract. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity based in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver effective training on Government-Furnished transactional data systems, with an emphasis on the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Guide and support trainees so they reach proficiency on the tools and processes required for distribution operations.
- Supervise project tasks and workflows performed under the Distribution Expeditionary Capabilities (DECAP) contract.
- Coordinate closely with the training and project supervision team to keep efforts aligned and on schedule.
- Monitor performance, address operational gaps, and reinforce best practices across distribution activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience training others on warehouse or transactional data systems, ideally including WMS platforms.
- Proven ability to supervise project activities and coordinate teams toward defined objectives.
- Strong communication and instructional skills, with the patience to develop personnel at varying experience levels.
- Familiarity with distribution, logistics, or expeditionary support environments such as the DECAP contract is an asset.
- Authorization to work full-time on-site within the US.
