Regency Integrated Health Services is hiring a full-time Graduate Vocational Nurse in Fair Oaks, Kendall County, to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care within a supportive long-term care environment. About the Role

As a Graduate Vocational Nurse, you will work directly with residents to help ensure each individual reaches their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Operating under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will help carry out personalized plans of care that reflect each resident's assessed needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resident rounds, observing and evaluating physical and emotional condition throughout your shift.
• Accurately document observations, care provided, and any changes in resident status.
• Promptly report concerns, symptoms, or changes in condition to the supervising Registered Nurse.
• Support the delivery of quality nursing care aligned with each resident's individual plan of care.
• Contribute to a safe, dignified, and respectful environment for every resident.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited vocational or practical nursing program.
• Eligible to practice as a Graduate Vocational Nurse in Texas, working under RN supervision.
• Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Genuine commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical care team in an on-site, full-time capacity.
