Partner Enablement Lead, System Integrators

Anthropic is hiring a Partner Enablement Lead for System Integrators to build and scale our partner ecosystem. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

The Opportunity

As Partner Enablement Lead for System Integrators at Anthropic, you'll architect the programs, training, and resources that empower System Integrators to deliver AI-driven solutions to their enterprise customers. You'll be at the intersection of strategy and execution, working directly with Anthropic's Go-To-Market organization to design partner success pathways, develop enablement content, and foster deep relationships with our System Integrator partners. This role is critical to expanding how enterprises access and implement Anthropic's AI capabilities through trusted partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs tailored to System Integrators, including training, certifications, and hands-on workshops
• Develop technical and business documentation, case studies, and best practices that equip partners to sell and implement Anthropic solutions
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key System Integrator partners, serving as a primary point of contact for enablement needs
• Gather partner feedback and market intelligence to inform product, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
• Measure program effectiveness through KPIs, partner engagement metrics, and business impact analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align enablement with business objectives

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in partner enablement, partner marketing, or go-to-market roles, preferably within software, cloud services, or systems integration ecosystems
• Deep understanding of System Integrators: how they operate, their business model, and their customer selling processes
• Strong technical aptitude—comfortable learning about APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise software architecture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear, compelling content for diverse audiences
• Project management experience: comfortable owning complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through execution
• Strategic mindset: ability to think beyond day-to-day enablement and design long-term partner success frameworks
