As a part-time Sales Team Lead at Palmetto Moon Cool Springs, you'll bridge the gap between frontline sales associates and store management. You'll help set the tone for an exceptional shopping experience, keep daily operations running smoothly, and share your genuine enthusiasm for the Southern lifestyle brands the store is built around. What You'll Do

• Support store management by leading the sales floor during your shifts and keeping the team focused and motivated
• Deliver and model the standard of customer service Palmetto Moon is known for — attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including register functions and securing the store
• Guide customers through the store's curated assortment of collegiate gear, lifestyle apparel, accessories, home goods, and gifts — including brands like Vineyard Vines and YETI
• Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring the sales floor stays organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory processes including receiving, tagging, and restocking product
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For

• Prior retail sales experience, ideally in specialty apparel, gifts, or lifestyle merchandise
• Some experience in a lead, keyholder, or supervisory retail role is a plus
• A customer-first mindset and a natural ability to engage and connect with shoppers
• Dependability and strong attention to detail in a fast-moving store environment
• Comfort working a flexible part-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and peak shopping periods
• Genuine affinity for Southern culture, collegiate lifestyle brands, and the products Palmetto Moon carries
