About the Role

As Chief Human Resources Officer, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the executive team, translating business objectives into comprehensive people initiatives. You'll own the entire employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and development to compensation, compliance, and organizational design—while building an HR function that attracts, retains, and energizes top talent. This is a leadership role that combines policy expertise, people acumen, and business strategy.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute human capital strategy aligned with the company's business plan and long-term growth objectives
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategies to support scaling operations
• Shape compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs that drive performance and satisfaction
• Oversee HR compliance, policy development, and workplace culture initiatives
• Partner with department heads and the CEO on organizational development and succession planning
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization
• Manage the HR budget and demonstrate ROI on people initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven executive HR leadership experience, preferably as CHRO, VP of HR, or equivalent
• Strategic thinking: ability to translate business goals into people strategy
• Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk management
• Track record of building high-performing HR teams and organizational culture
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and HR analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree; SHRM certification (SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) preferred
