Email Marketing Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology services organization seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join their team remotely from Pakistan. Our client operates across U.S., European, and MENA markets, and needs a technical marketing professional who can build sophisticated outbound email programs that generate qualified sales conversations.

This role combines technical deliverability expertise with strategic marketing thinking. You'll own the full lifecycle of cold email campaigns—from prospect research and list building through campaign execution, testing, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Research and build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and other data mining platforms
• Segment leads based on ideal customer profiles (startups, SaaS, tech ventures, enterprises) and personalize outreach campaigns accordingly
• Set up, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using Smartlead, Instantly, and related automation tools
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates; continuously improve deliverability
• Implement A/B testing across subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action to increase conversion rates
• Maintain inbox health through domain warmup, rotation strategies, and proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration
• Create and optimize visually appealing email templates that drive engagement
• Manage and maintain email marketing databases with accurate segmentation
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Monitor spam scores and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations in email marketing and outbound prospecting

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role focused on outbound campaigns
• Hands-on experience with cold email automation platforms such as Smartlead, Instantly, or comparable tools
• Proficiency with data mining tools including Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms
• Strong technical understanding of email deliverability: domain warmup, inbox rotation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, and spam monitoring
• Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and use data to drive campaign optimization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate insights into action
• Experience with audience segmentation and personalized messaging strategies
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IT services, or staff augmentation industries preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
