- Manage departmental operations, budgets, and timelines to deliver results
- Identify and drive revenue-generating activities and business development opportunities
- Coordinate with member committees and volunteer leaders to advance association goals
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in membership management, association leadership, or community engagement
- Proven event management and execution track record
- Strong business development and sponsorship sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team leadership and staff management capability
- Budget management and financial acumen
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
