About the Role

This position supports the credit union’s mission of providing excellent member experiences by serving as the first point of contact for routine banking needs. Working part‑time, you’ll help ensure each interaction is professional, courteous, and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other member transactions accurately.
• Answer member inquiries about accounts, products, and services in a helpful manner.
• Open new accounts and assist with basic account maintenance tasks.
• Identify opportunities to refer members to appropriate credit union solutions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and security policies.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
• Contribute to a clean, welcoming lobby environment.
