District Manager (Storage/Retail) – Louisville, KY

Prime Group Holdings is hiring a full-time District Manager (Storage/Retail) to oversee multiple self-storage and retail properties in Mockingbird Valley and the surrounding Louisville, Kentucky region. In this District Manager role, you'll lead operational excellence, drive revenue growth, and develop high-performing teams across your assigned district.

About the Role

As a full-time District Manager, you'll oversee multiple storage and retail locations within your district, responsible for maximizing operational and financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple self-storage and retail properties
• Lead, train, and motivate property management teams to achieve operational and financial targets
• Monitor revenue performance, occupancy rates, and operating expenses to drive profitability
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase market share and customer retention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct regular property inspections and performance evaluations
• Manage customer relationships and oversee resolution of complex tenant and operational issues
• Recruit, hire, and develop property-level management teams
• Report performance metrics and forecasts to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a District Manager or equivalent senior leadership role in retail, storage, property management, or related field
• Strong understanding of P&L management and multi-property real estate operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build effective teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with proven focus on operational excellence and customer service
• Proficiency with property management software and business systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple properties as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
