Customer Care Representative Remote

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential benefits administration organization that works with union members across California. This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in California. Our client restructured their operations to support permanent remote work, and we're now seeking Customer Care Representatives to join their distributed team.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for union members seeking assistance with their benefit programs. You'll help members understand and access the benefits provided through their union partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Assist union members in understanding and accessing their specific benefits
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members through phone, email, and online communication
• Coordinate benefit enrollment and respond to member inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in computer systems
• Manage daily workload efficiently while working remotely

What We're Looking For

• Must currently reside in California
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent time management and self-direction for remote work environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
