About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential influencer marketing agency seeking a Performance Media Manager to join their remote team. This is a full-time independent contractor role available exclusively to candidates based in Latin America.

Our client operates at the intersection of data, creativity, and results-driven campaign execution. They work with mid-market and enterprise brands to design and execute performance-oriented influencer programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
• Own campaign builds, launches, quality assurance, ongoing optimization, and budget pacing from start to finish
• Implement data-driven optimizations across creative, audiences, structure, and bidding with clear documentation of rationale
• Serve as a primary client contact: run performance calls, deliver clear recaps, and proactively communicate wins, risks, and recommendations
• Write clear, compelling performance recaps and updates that translate data into business-relevant narratives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and internal leads to deliver integrated growth programs
• Surface strategic opportunities and risks proactively without being prompted

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of hands-on paid social experience with the ability to operate with full independence
• Expert-level proficiency with Meta and TikTok platforms; YouTube and Pinterest experience is a plus
• Strong analytical instincts: you read performance data, form hypotheses, take action, and document learnings
• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of error-free execution across complex account structures and larger budgets
• Proactive and autonomous work style: you identify issues before being asked and bring solutions alongside problems
• Experience with measurement and attribution frameworks across the funnel (brand lift, sales lift, search lift, e-commerce) is advantageous
• Ability to ensure campaigns are launched on time, structured correctly, with budgets pacing accurately
• Track record of consistent, thoughtful, and well-documented optimizations
• Strong communication skills that keep clients informed and confident
• Resume must be submitted in English

Location and Schedule

This role is 100% remote and available exclusively to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM). The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (EDT).
