About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading global travel and experiences platform in their search for a CRM Specialist to join their CRM Operations team. This remote UK-based role offers the opportunity to execute high-impact email campaigns reaching tens of millions of users worldwide across multiple languages and channels.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3-5 email campaigns weekly, including templates, copy updates, images, and links using marketing automation platforms
• Execute app push notifications and site banners/interstitials as part of multi-channel campaigns
• Build audiences, campaign logic, and templates based on technical specifications within marketing automation systems
• Coordinate translation requests for campaigns sent in multiple languages globally
• Conduct thorough testing to identify bugs proactively and perform quality assurance reviews on teammate work
• Support managers with ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as needed
• Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely campaign launches

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of email production experience in a corporate B2C environment, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or high-volume digital marketing
• Meticulous attention to detail with a methodical, process-driven approach to problem-solving
• Experience working in CRM roles within fast-paced online environments
• Proficiency with customer engagement platforms; Braze experience is highly valued
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple weekly launches simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Patience and professionalism when requirements evolve or additional clarification is needed
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making
• Must be based in the United Kingdom for this remote position
