Content Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the enterprise technology sector who is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to build and scale integrated marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting to senior marketing leadership where you will be responsible for both strategy and execution. You'll work closely with executives and cross-functional teams to establish content foundations for a rapidly-scaling business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with go-to-market goals
• Create persona-based content for all stages of the marketing and sales funnel focused on key use cases
• Produce high-impact, SEO-optimized blog content, ebooks, whitepapers, sales collateral, and videos
• Monitor sales conversations, industry trends, and ecosystem developments to craft meaningful content assets that drive engagement
• Measure and test content conversion to drive campaign effectiveness
• Write and edit email and web copy for marketing and sales use cases as needed
• Collaborate with product marketing, growth marketing, and partner sales teams to develop on-message assets for campaigns
• Work with communications leadership to ensure consistency in brand standards and messaging
• Partner with community marketing to amplify contributions and strengthen brand presence
• Align content with company values and culture in collaboration with people teams
• Support customer success, engineering, and product teams by telling their stories

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a brand and content marketer building programs from the ground up and executing strategies directly
• Excellence in all facets of content creation including creative ideation, project management, editorial operations, and production
• Portfolio demonstrating compelling content across multiple channels including blogs, ebooks, podcasts, and videos
• Creative and strategic mindset with an experimentalist approach to leveraging content for maximum brand impact and demand generation
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and technical audiences, or comfort working with highly technical content
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent writing and editorial skills
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Background in both inbound and outbound demand generation
