Commercial Strategy Manager – Data Quality, KPI Monitoring, Processes (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential energy infrastructure organization seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to drive data quality, KPI monitoring, and process optimization across commercial operations.

In this role, you will:

• Own data quality, data standards, and governance for commercial functions, ensuring consistency across project management platforms, CRM systems, and integrated tools
• Administer and continuously enhance project tracking systems including field configurations, workflows, reports, and system settings
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports covering pipeline metrics, site status, and key performance indicators
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into a centralized reporting structure for executive visibility
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for commercial leadership
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions, business cases, and operational planning
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate remediation efforts with cross-functional stakeholders
• Define, monitor, and refine data quality rules and KPIs within commercial systems
• Design, document, and optimize commercial processes for both commercial management and account management teams
• Train team members on system usage and collaborate closely with IT on system enhancements and integrations

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a comparable field
• Advanced Excel proficiency with strong hands-on data experience
• Experience with or strong interest in BI and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• Background in process management, data governance, or CRM system administration
• Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, reliable personality with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Continuous improvement mindset with enthusiasm for making processes more efficient
• Experience in charging infrastructure, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
