Account Executive Intern

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking an Account Executive Intern to join their Paris team. This is a hands-on opportunity to coordinate between French clients and specialist delivery teams in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills will directly impact client satisfaction and campaign success.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Partners in tracking project pipelines and flagging upcoming client needs to internal teams
• Gather information from client stakeholders to support brief processing and campaign setup
• Support budget approval tracking and campaign spend monitoring, identifying discrepancies or changes
• Schedule and facilitate regular project status meetings, take detailed minutes, document next steps and flag project risks
• Prepare and edit client presentations to professional standards
• Support client reporting and deliverable tracking across active campaigns
• Develop knowledge of the agency's integrated marketing services to identify client opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Ability to sign an internship agreement for a full-time, 6+ month commitment (Monday through Friday)
• Fluent in French with conversational English proficiency
• Some client-facing experience through internship, apprenticeship, or personal projects
• Genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, online advertising, and AI technologies
• Strong adaptability to adjust strategies when circumstances change
• Growth mindset with enthusiasm for feedback and continuous learning
• Relationship-building skills and client service orientation
