Stagiaire Client Management

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Client Management Intern for their Paris office. Our talent team is looking for a motivated individual to support client relationships and campaign coordination within a dynamic, internationally-focused environment.

This is a full-time internship requiring a minimum 6-month commitment (Monday through Friday) with an internship agreement (convention de stage).

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Partners in tracking project pipelines and identifying upcoming needs across teams
• Help gather information from various client teams to facilitate brief processing
• Support the team in monitoring budget approvals and campaign spend tracking, flagging any variances or changes
• Organize regular project status meetings, draft meeting notes, define next steps, and document all points requiring attention
• Participate in preparing and editing client presentations
• Contribute to client reporting and deliverable tracking
• Develop deep knowledge of the service portfolio and integrated marketing offering to identify and address client needs

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in French with conversational English proficiency
• Previous client-facing experience through internship, work-study program, or personal projects
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, online advertising, and AI
• Adaptability in adjusting strategies and plans when facing unexpected situations
• Solution-oriented mindset that views challenges as opportunities
• Proactive approach to seeking feedback and developing skills
• Genuine interest in understanding clients, building lasting relationships, and delivering added value
• Strong organizational and communication skills
