About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization building AI-native consumer applications. We're seeking a CEO to lead their digital banking vertical from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to define and own an entirely new banking business that reimagines how consumers manage their everyday finances through intelligent automation.

You'll be building a product that fundamentally rethinks the banking experience by integrating AI across transactions, savings, money management, and financial decision-making. This role reports into the broader organization but operates with full P&L ownership and the autonomy to build your own team and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define the digital banking proposition, product roadmap, and business model from inception
• Build AI-native experiences across core banking functions including accounts, cards, payments, savings, and money management
• Use AI to automate financial decisions, customer workflows, and servicing operations
• Own full P&L responsibility including customer acquisition, deposits, revenue targets, unit economics, and operating costs
• Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and AI teams to design and ship the banking product
• Recruit and lead the core team across banking, technology, and operational functions
• Establish banking partnerships, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive market expansion

What We're Looking For

• Deep experience in digital banking, neobanks, or consumer fintech with a track record of building or scaling products in this space
• Direct ownership of a meaningful banking product, business unit, or P&L in a previous role
• Strong understanding of banking product design, economics, operations, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional product judgment with the ability to identify where AI creates materially better customer experiences versus where it adds complexity
• Proven experience building and scaling technology products and high-performing teams
• Hands-on operating capability—you can work directly through product flows, unit economics, customer problems, and day-to-day execution rather than delegating everything
• Based in or willing to relocate to the United Kingdom
