IT Cloud Administrator (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential automotive technology client in Munich who is seeking an experienced IT Cloud Administrator to own and evolve their digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business process design and technical execution, ensuring cloud-first infrastructure supports rapid innovation in a specialized engineering environment.

You'll act as Platform Owner for critical SaaS applications, bridge technical and business stakeholders, and lead the implementation of new cloud services that empower a highly collaborative, international team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Platform Owner for Google Workspace and Atlassian suite, managing configurations, security policies, and permissions
• Translate business requirements from department heads into scalable digital workflows and process improvements
• Coordinate with external consultants and development partners on application integrations and enhancements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the application landscape and system configurations
• Lead training sessions for power users and provide technical support for core platforms
• Oversee MDM systems and cloud/SaaS environment governance
• Act as the technical lead for new application and service implementations

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-time experience as a Cloud/IT Administrator with proven application management expertise
• Strong technical knowledge of Atlassian and Google Workspace administration
• Demonstrated experience with MDM systems and cloud/SaaS environments
• Analytical mindset with ability to map complex business processes into clean digital solutions
• Fluent English communication skills; German is a plus
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-IT stakeholders

Valued but not required: AWS experience, Google Cloud Identity & SSO integrations, ITIL certification, SAP (ByDesign or S/4HANA) knowledge
