Feasibility Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential life sciences organization that is expanding its European feasibility capabilities. We're seeking a Feasibility Manager to join a specialized team delivering evidence-based clinical trial assessments. This fully remote position is open to candidates based in Spain.

In this role, you'll combine clinical interpretation with data analysis to guide country selection, site identification, and patient recruitment strategies. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure recommendations are scientifically sound and operationally viable.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for clinical trial proposals across therapeutic areas
• Review protocols, study assumptions, and operational plans for global trials
• Conduct competitive landscape, epidemiology, and patient-pool analyses
• Develop country, site, and enrollment recommendations with transparent rationales
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with investigators, sites, data partners, and consultants to gather intelligence
• Coordinate targeted site and investigator outreach when appropriate
• Participate in client meetings and proposal defense sessions
• Contribute to the development of feasibility methods, tools, and best practices
• Support knowledge-sharing and mentoring within the feasibility team

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical trial feasibility, clinical operations, site intelligence, epidemiology, or clinical research
• Experience conducting clinical trial feasibility analysis and site or country identification
• Ability to interpret clinical, scientific, epidemiological, and operational information
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to synthesize multiple evidence sources
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred:

• Postgraduate degree in life sciences, public health, epidemiology, data science, or related field
• Experience supporting global clinical trials
• Background in oncology, rare disease, or complex clinical-development programs
• Experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with clinical-trial intelligence, epidemiology, or real-world-data platforms
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP principles
